AI Is Triggering a Massive Energy Shift |
AI is not just about chips anymore — it is about power. Five energy and infrastructure stocks sit at the centre of data-centre demand: one data-centre landlord, one nuclear partner to Big Tech, one monopoly supplier. Paid advertisement. Not investment advice. Companies referenced are examples for educational purposes and are not recommendations. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. |

TONIGHT'S BEAT — FOUR SYSTEMS |
Meta: all four DC systems are moving at once |
Servers, networks, power, cooling — together. |
This morning was wafer-embedded power. Tonight is the building that has to absorb it. |
At the AI Infra Summit in Santa Clara, Meta's vice president of infrastructure, Manish Kadakia, put the problem plainly: a data center runs on four systems — servers, networks, electricity, and cooling — and all four are changing at once. Improvements in one used to leave the other three alone. AI racks pulling toward 100 kilowatts (and the heat that matches) force them to move together. |
That is not onsemi's package story. That is not Enphase's converter. It is coordination risk. A second high-speed back-end network for model parallelism. Load spikes that yank the electrical plant when thousands of processors ramp together. Liquid cooling as the default because air lost the argument. New hardware every few months with different power and repair needs — while the shell cannot rebuild on a chip cycle. |
The scarce slot is whether you can reconfigure all four systems fast enough that the CapEx brochure stays honest. |
Would you underwrite the next hall on server density alone while networks, power, and cooling are still mid-rewrite? |
| |
| |
Four systems, one chip cycle |
When the rack jumps a power class, the network topology, the electrical plant, and the cooling loop are not optional follow-ons. They are the same project. |

Buildings move slower than silicon |
Kadakia's point is the mismatch: hardware refreshes in months; the facility cannot. That gap is where projects slip — not on the keynote GPU count. |

AI CEO Issues Code Red: Prepare for Meltdown |
Jim Rickards called the 2008 and 2020 drawdowns before they happened. He now argues one AI company is the point of failure, and puts $1.4 trillion on the other side of it. |

THE LONG GAME |
The long game is who can co-design the four systems on a schedule that matches silicon, not who prints the largest megawatt slide. Package density this morning. Building coordination tonight. Same stack, different layer. |
Watch back-end network spend, electrical redesign for synchronized load spikes, and liquid cooling as default — not as a pilot footnote. |

Most Great Stocks Look Boring at the Moment They Matter Most |
Still grinding outside the spotlight, still building scale, still ignored. That is the window, and the original market leaders spent years there before anyone paid attention. The report names seven companies that look unremarkable today and carry the traits that historically precede leadership. Free report. |

YOU'RE EARLY. KEEP IT THAT WAY. |
Gauge 71. Credit moved. The scarce slot tonight is four-system coordination, not another chip count. Forward this to one person still underwriting halls on server density alone. |

The gauge is 71. Credit at 17 post-FOMC. Valuation and Froth estimated. Thesis written on the morning wake — not at the close. |

P.S. If the brochure is rack kilowatts and the calendar is networks plus power plus cooling, which system slips first? Reply and tell me. |
