In June, Eliyahou Harari paid $7.35 a share for CapsoVision. In September he paid $5.69 — and bought 127 times as many.

Four Buys, Zero Sales, One Direction
Eliyahou Harari co-founded SanDisk in 1988 and ran the flash-memory company until 2010. He now sits on the board of CapsoVision, which sells a swallowable camera capsule that photographs the small intestine and spares the patient a sedated scope. Revenue over the last twelve months was $13.9 million. Every time he buys, he files a Form 4 — the disclosure a director or 10% owner must file within two business days of trading their own company’s stock. He has bought four times since June. None of them reports a sale.

That last one came through a registered direct offering — stock a company sells straight to a short list of named buyers instead of marketing it broadly. CapsoVision placed 3,163,444 shares that way. Harari took 56% of them.
Where It Stands
His most recent ownership statement, filed after the March placement, reported 5,100,867 shares, or 10.2% of the company. The four purchases since add 1,913,687 more, for a position of roughly 7.0 million shares. The filings show no disposal of a single share since the IPO.
One buy tells you an insider had cash and a view on a given Tuesday. Four buys spanning prices from $5.69 to $7.35 tell you the view does not move with the quote. June and September were the same decision at two different prices. Only the size changed.
NATE’S TAKE
I do not read a single insider buy as much of anything — too many are tax planning or optics. Repetition is the part that carries information. Harari has been on the buy side of every financing and every open window this company has offered since March, at higher prices and lower ones, and he has never once taken the other side. The business still has to earn its case; $13.9 million of revenue is a small base to build on. But the largest holder keeps adding, with his own money, in public view.
