Record revenue. Producing gold and silver assets. The biggest transaction in company history.
And shares still largely undiscovered below $1.
That's the setup right now at one little-known gold-silver royalty firm entering a critical new growth phase.
Unlike the typical mining company... it doesn't have to build or operate a single mine.
Instead, it puts its capital to work in carefully selected mining projects in exchange for a share of the gold and silver produced:
- Exposure to multiple producing mines without operating them
- Exploration upside and mine-life growth funded by mine operators
- Diversification across multiple metals and jurisdictions
- Growing cash flow to be deployed into new royalties and streams
- Powerful leverage to rising gold and silver prices
Put capital to work... generate cash flow... reinvest... rinse and repeat.
And right now, that compounding machine is shifting into a much higher gear.
The company has just inked the largest transaction in its history – a new gold streaming deal on an established producing gold mine.
Even more intriguing, behind the company is a longstanding strategic relationship with a major mining-focused investment firm, providing direct access to a steady pipeline of deals across the global mining landscape.
That's a serious advantage for a company flying just below Wall Street's radar.
And the smart money knows it.
One of the sector's best-known financiers has already put his own money behind the firm – and joins the CEO in our exclusive in-depth interview.
We've put together a FREE online report revealing the full story – including:

ScoreboardOn October 14, 2026, IonQ priced a $2 billion equity offering: 20.5 million shares of common stock at $40 each, plus pre-funded warrants for another 29.5 million shares at $40 each. On top of that, seven-year warrants give the investor the right to buy 100 million additional shares at $69.46, a 100% premium over the October 13, 2026 closing price. The entire offering was purchased by an entity managed by Heights Capital Management, with J.P. Morgan serving as the sole underwriter. Shares fell roughly 8% on the news. What Actually HappenedThe $40 offering price represents a roughly 15% premium over IonQ's closing stock price of $34.78 on October 13, 2026. Management framed that as a sign of investor confidence. The market read the full term sheet and disagreed. Here is why. Common stock outstanding prior to the offering stood at 408,907,678 shares as of October 13, 2026. After the offering closes, that rises to about 458.9 million shares on a base case (assuming the 20.5 million shares and the 29.5 million pre-funded warrants ultimately become common). If all the seven-year warrants are exercised in full, it rises to about 558.9 million shares. That is a potential 37% increase in the share count from a single transaction. The $40 price is only the entry ticket. The real cost to existing holders is measured in percentage ownership surrendered. Deep DiveIonQ operates in the technology sector, focusing on quantum computing. It positions itself as a full-stack quantum platform, meaning it builds the hardware, writes the software, and sells access through cloud providers. This is the third large transaction involving entities associated with Heights Capital Management, following offerings in July and October 2025. The company has been a serial capital raiser.

On October 9, 2026, IonQ entered into a merger agreement to acquire Elisity, Inc., with consideration valued at $1.15 billion in IonQ stock plus up to $150 million in earnouts. That deal is also all-stock, which means further dilution queued behind this one. Data
- Full-year 2026 revenue guidance: $450 million to $460 million (raised after the SkyWater acquisition)
- Q2 2026 sales: $80.1 million, up 287% year-over-year
- Q2 2026 adjusted EBITDA loss: $120.3 million; GAAP net loss: $1.87 billion
- Net proceeds from this offering: approximately $1.99 billion
Is It Cheap?Cheap is relative. At $34 on the open market versus a $40 offering to a single institutional investor, you are buying at a discount to the deal price. But that framing ignores the warrant tail. Each share and each pre-funded warrant in the offering came packaged with two seven-year Series C warrants. Heights Capital did not pay $40 for a share; it paid $40 for a share plus two seven-year call options with an exercise price of $69.46. The open-market buyer gets none of that optionality. Peers RGTI and QBTS carry no revenue to speak of, so IonQ's growing top line is genuinely differentiated, but the dilution math is unavoidable. Bull / Base / BearBull: $2 billion in fresh capital funds IonQ through commercial-scale quantum deployment. The company's advancement to Stage C of DARPA's Quantum Benchmarking Initiative and its NVIDIA partnership support the technology roadmap. If the warrants expire worthless because the stock never reaches $69.46, existing holders avoided the worst-case dilution. Base: Revenue grows toward guidance, the Elisity deal closes on schedule, and the share count lands somewhere between 460 million and 520 million as warrants trickle in. The stock trades sideways for a year while the market digests the supply.

Bear: If every security in the new offering ultimately converts into common shares, the original shareholder group retains approximately 73.2% of the expanded share base. Add the Elisity stock consideration and pre-existing 2025 warrant overhangs, and the effective dilution is steeper still. Action PlanDo not chase this on the dip. The offering overhang is real and the Elisity share issuance adds a second wave. If you already own IONQ and believe in the five-year thesis, hold and track warrant exercise activity quarterly. New money should wait for clarity on the Elisity closing and monitor whether the Series C warrants move into the money. A scale-in at two tranches, 50% now and 50% after the next earnings report, limits timing risk. Cheap Investor Checklist
- Fully-diluted share count: watch for creep above 560 million
- Revenue guidance: is the $450 to $460 million range reaffirmed next quarter?
- Adjusted EBITDA loss trajectory: narrowing or widening quarter-over-quarter?
- Elisity deal closing: all-stock, so watch the share issuance date
- Series C warrant exercise price vs. current stock price: $69.46 is the trigger for the 100 million-share wave
- Cash runway: $2 billion added, but Q2 burn was about $120 million per quarter on an adjusted basis
- RGTI and QBTS: any secondary offerings would signal sector-wide capital stress
Bottom LineIf IonQ reaches $69.46 within seven years and Heights exercises all its warrants, existing shareholders face a 37% dilution from this deal alone, before counting Elisity or the 2025 warrant overhangs. If the stock stays below that level and the company converts its revenue growth into narrowing losses, the $2 billion war chest looks shrewd. The offering is not a red flag on the business. It is a flashing yellow on the price. Watch the share count, not the headline number. |
