October 7th

Greetings, Friend!

On September 14th, VenHub Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: VHUB) finalized a prospectus registering shares for an equity facility of up to $100Mn with Euphoria Capital, which the company can draw on its own timing over 24 months.

In the same filing, management said cash on hand as of September 10th should carry planned operations into the first quarter of 2027.

Picture the LAX/Metro Transit Center at 3:00AM: one storefront still open, no clerk, a robotic arm passing a cold drink through a window while the customer pays by phone.

That site has run at roughly a 99% success rate, including through heavy FIFA World Cup traffic this past summer.

And the numbers are starting to register.

Yahoo Finance reports quarterly revenue growth of approx. 536.2% year over year, off a small base.

About The Company: VenHub Global, Inc.

VenHub builds and services fully autonomous Smart Stores: staff-free units that run 24/7 on robotic picking, computer vision inventory tracking and mobile checkout.

The model pairs hardware sales with planned recurring revenue from the HubOps software platform and maintenance.

The latest prospectus notes VenHub has not yet begun charging for SaaS or maintenance, so that layer is still ahead. Each unit holds roughly 300 to 1,600 SKUs.

Production sits in Las Vegas, where a second, larger 25,000 square foot facility opened May 27th.

Placements include the LAX/Metro Transit Center and a 66 foot, three-unit installation at Circa Resort & Ca-sino.

Management works six sectors, from transit and airports to campuses, government, fuel and EV charging and venues.

The pipeline is the part to watch: more than 1,000 pre-ordered Smart Stores as of June 30th, 2025, with contract value above $300Mn at pricing then in effect.

Guarding that pipeline are 24 pending patent applications across AI, robotics, store operations, and smart infrastructure.

Behind The Scenes: The Numbers The Founder Keeps Repeating

On Schwab Network in February, VHUB CEO Shahan Ohanessian walked through the math.

Approx. $250K to $400K puts a Smart Store on site, against $750K to $1.5Mn for a traditional store.

Deployment takes days, with about $46K of projected annual recurring revenue per location.

To C-Store Dive, he set a target of locations "well in the hundreds" by early 2027.

The same piece noted that Wawa, QuikTrip, RaceTrac and Amazon Go each tested versions of the idea and pulled back.

VenHub's view is that a fully unmanned format solves what those pilots did not.

The Shift: Partners Carry The Build

In Florida, VenHub moved to a "Powered by VenHub" operator model: local partners fund and brand the site, while VenHub supplies hardware, HubOps and support.

Tampa Bay comes first, with multi-unit expansion flagged for Q4 2026 to early 2027, in a state with approx. 9,730 convenience stores, third most in the nation.

Pair that with the new equity facility and the growth plan now rests on two levers: partner capital in the field and company-controlled funding at headquarters.

6 Key Potential Catalysts Sending (Nasdaq: VHUB) To Our Top Watchlist Spot

#1. A Reported Float Of Approx. 23.86Mn Shares. Yahoo Finance lists the float of VHUB at approx. 23.86Mn shares, framing it as a low float idea where the potential for heightened volatility may be significant.

#2. A Registered $100Mn Equity Facility Now Ready To Draw. Following the September 14th prospectus, VHUB can potentially tap up to $100Mn over 24 months on its own timing, subject to the agreement's conditions.

#3. Management Sees Runway Into The First Quarter Of 2027. Based on cash on hand as of September 10th, the company expects to fund planned operations into Q1 2027, according to that same filing.

#4. Quarterly Revenue Up Approx. 536% Year Over Year. Yahoo Finance reports that growth rate for VHUB, though off a small base of $505.29K in trailing revenue.

#5. Florida Partners Fund And Brand Each New Site. That operator structure lets VHUB expand state by state without carrying the full cost of every build.

#6. Nearly 152,000 U.S. Convenience Stores, Mostly Run By Independents. About 63% sit with operators of ten or fewer locations according to NACS, the exact customer VHUB targets.

The Final Pulse

The case for keeping VenHub Global, Inc. (Nasdaq: VHUB) on a watchlist comes down to conversion: a pre-order book reported above $300Mn, a delivered footprint still small, and now a funding facility built to help close that gap.

Watch for the first Tampa Bay sites to go live and how management puts the new facility to work.
