Former IPO Insider warns "DO NOT buy OpenAI and Anthropic's IPO!" |
The mainstream media is hyping up OpenAI and Anthropic's IPOs. Jason Bodner isn't. |
He says the real opportunity isn't in the public offerings themselves, but in a special type of company he calls "IPO Multipliers." |
These overlooked companies have historically returned 6x, 72x, or even 208x more than their IPO counterparts. |
Today, Jason identifies three "IPO Multipliers" with six-figure potential that you can invest in right now. |

๐ฌ Four Checks, One Raise, and a Short Week |
The calendar for next week was mostly written in July, which is the point of it. |
|
|
Next week is four sessions long. Monday is Labor Day and the markets are closed, so the calendar starts Tuesday and runs through Friday. For an income holder, the useful way to read a short week is by what is already scheduled rather than by what might happen, and this one has a fair amount already on the books. |
Four payments from the watchlist land between Tuesday and Friday. Johnson & Johnson pays $1.34 a share on the 8th and Southern Company pays 76 cents the same day. Emerson Electric pays 55 and a half cents on the 10th, and 3M pays 78 cents on the 11th. Every one of those was declared back in July, before anyone knew what the August jobs report was going to say. That is most of the reason a dividend calendar is a calmer thing to plan around than a rate forecast. |
Ex-dates are the other side of the same calendar, and the honest report there is that the watchlist has none inside the next five trading days. The next cluster sits the week after. If you own one of those names and were thinking about adding, the date is the thing that matters, and it is worth confirming with the company before acting on it. |

Five names still trading in single digits, and the case for each |
The premise is that the hard part was never finding a cheap stock. It is telling which ones are cheap for a reason and which are simply early. The screen looked for real revenue, improving fundamentals and a catalyst already on the calendar. Five names cleared it. |

๐ต INCOME WATCH |
Declared. VICI Properties declared 46 cents a share on September 3, up from 45, payable October 8 to holders of record September 17. Prologis declared $1.07 on September 2, unchanged from its last three quarters, payable September 30. And Altria declared $1.11 on August 27, up from $1.06, payable October 9. Two raises and one hold, all from the feed. |
Ex-dates ahead. None from the watchlist inside the next five trading days, which is a quiet stretch rather than an omission. The next are Coca-Cola at 53 cents and Altria at $1.11, both on September 15, then Prologis at $1.07 on the 16th and VICI at 46 cents on the 17th. |
Yield check. The ten-year finished Thursday at 4.772%. The benchmark dividend ETF's filed forward rate is $1.047 a share, which has been running near a 3.0% yield. That gap did not move this week. |
|
|
|
|
One of those names has a payment record long enough to be worth its own paragraph tonight. |
| |
๐งพ THE STEADY |
Altria. The record in the dividend feed runs back to 2016 without a break, and the raise is annual and visible in the amounts: 61 cents a quarter through 2016 and 2017, then 66, 70, 80, 84, 86, 90, 94, 98, $1.02, $1.06, and $1.11 declared on August 27. Twelve steps in ten years, every one of them upward. |
$4.44
The forward annual rate on that quarterly, which has been running above a 6% yield. The shares have traded between $54.70 and $77.06 over the past year. |
The wrinkle is the payout ratio, which the feed puts at 0.89. Eighty-nine cents of every dollar of earnings goes out the door as dividend, which leaves less cushion than a lower-ratio payer has if earnings soften. That is worth knowing about what you own. It is a portrait, not a suggestion. |
|
|
|
|
And the week itself reads short and specific. |

ABOUT THE DIVIDEND AND MARKET DATA Dividend figures — declaration dates, ex-dividend dates, payment amounts and payout streaks — come from market data feeds and company filings, and are accurate as of the date shown. Before you act on any date or figure you read here, confirm it with the company’s investor relations page or your broker.
If you believe we’ve published a figure incorrectly, reply and tell us. We check it and print the correction. |
