Ok ... Early on in my trading career, I realized I needed to simplify how I looked at the charts. I needed to be able to look at a chart and quickly say, "That's a trade," or "That's NOT a trade." Here's how I did it: 1. I collected over 100 examples of trades from my strategy - but I focused on just the way the chart looked at the entry. 2. I kept those charts near my desk in a binder. 3. I reviewed those charts every day - so that when I would look at a chart, I could immediately identify whether it matched up with an "acceptable entry." This massively reduced my stress.
