3 Hot Stocks Ideas to Start Your Week

RagingBull Elite

Dear — Jeff Bishop here,

If you wait to hear about the next hot stock from your college buddy, uber driver, or barber, chances are it's too late.

Our goal at RagingBull, however, to always be two steps ahead of the game.

So for those of you who missed out on the sectors that literally exploded last week, in All-Access today we share 3 hot stocks we think could be next.

I'll also be sharing my personal favorite in my highest conviction Bullseye trade of the week that drops here any moment now.

Since IWM has been outperforming the rest of the indices, today the focus will be on stocks from small cap and mid cap land.

To recap, in the past two weeks there was parabolic action in multiple sectors: weed stocks, blockchain stocks, and EV stocks.

While it is hard to predict which sector will take off next, here are some interesting charts to keep on your watchlist this coming week:

Sonos Inc (SONO):

  • Sonos, Inc. specializes in multi-room audio products. The company provides wireless speakers, home theater speakers, components, and accessories. It offers its products through its own website as well as third party sellers

  • On Wednesday, November 18th, Sonos reported great earnings: EPS came in at $0.15 per share vs $0.02 cents consensus. Sales were $339.8 million vs $298.8 million. The company also raised the full year outlook estimates

  • The stock gapped up from $17.09 to $20.25 and closed the day near the high of $22.37 the day after the report. On Friday, shares finished at $20.97

  • The chart is forming a very interesting setup: there is clear support at the $20 area and a resistance area at $23.6 all time high. Watch for the break above $22.37 and potential move to the all time high in the next few weeks

Yalla Group (YALA):

  • Yalla Group Limited operates a social networking and entertainment platform in the Middle East and North Africa region

  • The stock IPOed at the end of September and has been trading in a range between roughly $8 and $10 since for the most part since then

  • The stock has already tried to break out once, but did not go. While this by itself is considered bearish, the way that the stock has held up since shows strength. Note that the float of the stock is 18.6M

  • Considering the lower float and the base the stock has been building, it is well worth watching out for a close above $10. If volume comes in, this could run away fast

Longbow (LGVW)

  • Butterfly Network will go through a reverse merger with a SPAC under the ticker of LGVW

  • Butterfly is the manufacturer of the only ultrasound transducer that can perform a lengthy procedure with a single handheld probe using semiconductor technology. The device improves patient outcomes and lowers cost of care.

  • Shares jumped on the announcement of the reverse merger. On Friday the stock went from $10.69 to $12.71 — that's a 26.77% gain in one day

  • The stock looks interesting for continuation of strength: support areas are $11.5 and $12.

There's no better way to start off your trading week than with a little education, especially if you are a beginner.

That's why Jeff Bishop put together his ultimate beginners guide for trading stock options.

We all know that options can make traders a lot more money, in a much faster period of time, then stocks.

Options increase potential from limited capital.

But how do you get started so that you also manage risk?

Jeff dressed up for this presentation to share insights on the 3 most important pieces of an options price...

  • Intrinsic value, what it's worth if you exercise it today

  • Time value, how much time is left on that contract

  • Implied volatility, how much does the market expect the option to move with the time left on the contract
