November 3rd

Greetings Readers,

Occasionally, an industry arrives at a defining crossroads. American security hit one, and one Silicon Valley company is about to show the world what comes next, live, on November 5th, 2026.

The problem is simple to state. Businesses pay $220,000 to $570,000 per year to cover a single guarded post around the clock. More than 90% of security alerts are useless without a human in the loop. The average corporate security chief juggles 8 to 12 vendors, and not one of them is accountable when something happens at 3:00AM.

The guard company can’t see the cameras. The camera vendor can’t dispatch the guards. Every vendor sends a separate invoice. Nobody owns the outcome.

IT security fixed this exact problem twenty years ago by consolidating to the managed-service model, and it minted a generation of category leaders. Physical security never had that moment.

One company is building it: Knightscope, Inc. (NASDAQ: KSCP), the Silicon Valley company constructing the nation’s first Autonomous Security Force (ASF).

In September, it launched ASF at GSX 2026, the security industry’s largest gathering. Then on October 19th, it announced that Signals, its orchestration software and operational digital twin, is now alive and running around the clock at Knightscope Headquarters.

Signals was unveiled at GSX 2026 to industry insiders. Most of the world was not in the room. November 5th, at 1:00PM PST, CEO William Santana Li will show it live, in 45 minutes, to anyone who registers.

And the numbers are moving too. Preliminary third quarter revenue came in at approximately $8.7Mn, up 177% year over year, the company’s third consecutive quarter of triple digit growth. Nine month revenue reached about $23.7Mn, up 170%.

“The third quarter is when the Autonomous Security Force moved from strategy to debut,” said William Santana Li, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

(NASDAQ: KSCP) has earned its spot at the top of our watchlist, November 4th, 2026.

(NASDAQ: KSCP) is a Silicon Valley managed service provider founded in 2013 with one mission: to make the United States of America the safest country in the world.

The company is building the nation’s first Autonomous Security Force, combining autonomous robots, AI driven software, real time monitoring and licensed armed and unarmed security agents under one managed service accountable for the outcome. Not a camera company. Not a guarding company. All of it, under one roof.

The foundation is already in place, with roughly 10,000 machines and agents in the network and more than 4.4 million autonomous hours logged since the first deployment in 2015.

Signals is the operating system for the Autonomous Security Force. Its initial release maintains a real time, 3D model of the entire Knightscope Headquarters site, around the clock.

A Mission Intelligence analyst can place a virtual camera above the site, send that camera straight to an alert, or walk a virtual patrol at eye level as if standing on site. The twin is fed by existing cameras and sensors plus the K7 Autonomous Security Robot, K1 Capsule and K1 Super Towers.

Knightscope’s Mission Intelligence team began running daily security operations on Signals v1.0 the week it was announced. Next, the H1 Augmented Security Agent wearable, still in development, is designed to stream live video and location from human agents into the twin.

“A digital twin that is actually alive, updated in real time by robots, devices, and humans working as one Force,” is how Li describes it. And on the date itself, he was direct. “On November 5, we will show it to the world.”

“We engineered Signals so one analyst can see, patrol, and protect an entire site from anywhere,” said Mercedes Soria, EVP and Chief Intelligence Officer. Signals is proprietary to Knightscope and available exclusively to its clients.

Knightscope Signals LIVE, Thursday, November 5th, 2026, 1:00PM PST (4:00PM EST). Streamed live from Knightscope Headquarters, hosted by the CEO, in about 45 minutes. Here is what you will learn.

Q3 2026, the Third Straight Quarter of Triple Digit Growth

Source: Knightscope preliminary Q3 2026 revenue release, October 20th, 2026

Preliminary Q3 2026 revenue of approximately $8.7Mn was up 177% from $3.1 million a year earlier. That follows a record $9.0Mn in Q2, up 228%, and $6.0 million in Q1, up 106%.

Through nine months, revenue reached about $23.7Mn, up 170% from $8.8Mn in the same period of 2025. Li said revenue “more than doubled year over year” while the company launched the Autonomous Security Force.

Full third quarter results arrive Thursday, November 12th, after the close, with a conference call at 1:30PM PST.

A Record $27Mn in Renewals, Bookings and Client A-wards Since May

In September, Knightscope, Inc. (NASDAQ: KSCP) reported a corporate record of approximately $27Mn in estimated renewals, bookings and client awards across 109 contracts in seven vertical markets, from May 20th through September 18th, 2026.

The largest renewal was a three year master services agreement with a multinational industrial client, estimated at about $17Mn over the initial term. The largest new engagement was a written award from a national retailer valued at about $5.8Mn.

About 72% came from existing clients renewing, a strong signal in a business built on recurring service. Clients include a US federal law enforcement agency, public transit systems, universities, hospitals, municipalities and multiple Fortune 500 enterprises.

The company notes this is an operating metric, not revenue or backlog, and includes estimated amounts and awards not yet formalized.

The Autonomous Security Force Has Officially Debuted

At GSX 2026 in Atlanta, Knightscope officially launched the Autonomous Security Force in front of the largest gathering of security leaders in the country. All four pillars are now in place, with autonomous machines, advanced software, real time monitoring and licensed security agents.

The agent pillar came from the closed acquisition of Event Risk, a nationwide provider of armed and unarmed guarding and executive protection with Fortune 1000 clients. “Clients are favoring autonomous machines, AI driven software, and licensed security agents,” Li said.

Why would a robotics company run a guarding business? Because every security RFP in America is written for guards and cameras. Guards are not the destination. They are the deployment catalyst for autonomy.

American Owned, and It Publishes the Receipts

The three largest guarding companies in the US, which Li estimates generate $20 to $30Bn in annual US revenue, are all foreign owned or controlled. They know your patrols, your exposure and your risks.

(KSCP) is the only American, publicly traded company in autonomous security, with US only operations and no foreign parent. In an era of rising scrutiny on foreign control of critical infrastructure, that is a procurement advantage.

And Signals is built to prove the work. Every patrol, sensor check and action becomes part of an auditable record. As (KSCP) puts it, “We don’t trade on logos. We trade on receipts.”
