How to Ride the Coming Rally

Dear Subscriber,

Juan Villaverde has been sounding the alert for a few weeks now: His Crypto Timing Model expects a crypto rally sometime this quarter.

But that isn’t the full story.

See, while Juan’s model tracks when a cycle starts, reaches its peak and ends … it does not measure how high a rally can go.

For that, he looks at what’s going on with liquidity.

In his own words …

“That’s why I don’t love making wild price projections, no matter how fun it may be to imagine Bitcoin (BTC, “A-”) ripping higher. Usually, my estimates are conservative, based on how high previous rallies within a cycle went … and what’s happening with global liquidity levels.”

Because in every crypto bull market, ample liquidity has been a critical driver of higher prices, as investors seek higher returns in risk-on assets.

And right now, global liquidity is on the rise … but still rather subdued.

You can read more about how Juan expects liquidity to impact the coming rally in his latest update here.

But the TL; DR is this: Investors will need to be selective about the assets they plan to hold through this rally.

That’s where your Weiss crypto experts come in. Here are the hot strategies and projects on their radar from this week. You’ll want to check these out before the rally gets underway …

Stack Your Ethereum Wins with DeFi

Just because the market is stuck moving sideways doesn’t mean you can make your crypto work harder for you. DeFi expert Marija Matić shows you one way you can get more from your Ethereum (ETH, “B+”) … no matter what the broad market is up to.

Revolutionary Crypto Brings Security Upgrade to the Blockchain

In this day and age, it’s rare to find something new. But blind computing is something genuinely new under the sun. It’s so secure, even quantum computing can’t hack it, which makes it ideal for on-chain financial services that need secure, fast transactions

This week, Dr. Bruce breaks down the brand-new crypto that’s bringing blind computing to the blockchain.

You May Already Own the Fix to Web3’s Storage Problem

Decentralized apps (dApps) are reshaping the digital world by bringing financial services and more to the blockchain. But they often stumble when it comes to storing large files — think videos, images or even AI models — thanks to slow speeds and high fees.

But there’s a new crypto that offers a smarter, more efficient way to handle heavy data. The best part? You could already own some.

Crypto’s Quiet Giants Could Be the Big Brother of the Blockchain

Stablecoins are quietly dominating the crypto market. So much so that payment processing giant Visa (V) is now trying to get in on the action through a partnership with Worldcoin (WLD, Not Yet Rated).

While this could bring stablecoin payment capability to millions of retail locations worldwide, tech expert Jurica Dujmovic highlights the security concerns that come with this development. And he reveals the opportunities hidden behind the headline.

But that’s all for this week. Be sure to look for your next Weiss Crypto Update tomorrow.
