The spectre of Financial Martial Law here in Britain…

Dear Reader,   It's hard to keep up with all the new restrictions…   You should work from home if you can.   Pub, restaurants and other hospitality venues will have a 10pm curfew.   Restrictions in Scotland are firmer, people are banned from visiting other households indoor.   And the fines for failing to wear a face mask are rising.   That is for now.
