Vaccine Stocks Pop with Debate Mention

image

Good Morning, Bullpen!

Last night was the first presidential debate... Some saw it as informative, some saw it as entertaining, but for traders...they were thinking about one thing…

How it will affect the market.

And because Covid has put 2020 in a headlock, it was inevitable that vaccines would be a hot topic.

Which ones? Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Pfizer (PFE), and Moderna (MRNA).

These stocks had already outperformed their competitors yesterday despite small losses. But after the mention in the debate, prices rose in the aftermarket.

We don't know if this will be a gap-and-go or a gap-fade, but they're in the news and volume is up - so there will be a trade as the market opens.

And the best place to get the premarket info that you need to make these opening trades is the Bullpen.

Join our real-money traders in the Bullpen as we break down the news, the futures, and the day's trade ideas before the market even opens.

Let's plan, be smart, and make money today.
