And since we were aggressive dip-buyers in early stage breakouts ahead of this rally, we are currently sitting on some pretty big unrealized gains in a few of our positions. We think it’s prudent to take some of those profits off the table. Now, to be clear, we fully believe this stock rally will extend into December. But we also feel that parts of the market are approaching a short-term top and are due for a pullback over the next one to two weeks. That’s why we think we should do some profit-taking today. Over the past few months, we’ve been very bullish on AI software stocks. And that bull thesis has played out perfectly. Several AI software firms reported earnings this week, and they were all fabulous. Management teams across the board expect that enterprise software spending on AI products and services will soar in 2024. In response, AI software stocks have surged higher this week. We think these stocks are primed for further huge returns in 2024. However, many are now overextended and overbought, and we think the AI software trade is due for a healthy breather. As we’ve highlighted recently, we think the “winning trade” on Wall Street will temporarily shift from AI software stocks to consumer retail stocks over the next few months. So, we’re trimming our AI software stocks, taking some profits off the table, and rolling into high-quality consumer retail stocks. Read the Full Alert |  | | Luke Lango
