A federal judge has given the green light to a DOJ lawsuit against the former Trump advisor over his tell-all book that caused a big stir earlier this year. The lawsuit alleges that Bolton violated three non-disclosure agreements when he published his book that detailed behind-the-scenes operations in the White House. The judge dismissed Bolton's motion to dismiss, pointing out the federal government had a legitimate claim. Bolton published his book despite the NSA telling his attorneys the manuscript contained classified information. According to court records, Bolton could face severe civil penalties and possible prison time thanks to his book.
