Well... after a quick pop up, it settled just under its opening price of $10. But the thing about IPO's is that they have a predictable life cycle that consists of multiple phases. STM - Reported preliminary $2.67B Revs vs $2.45B prior outlook, set the date for actual results to October 22nd. The stocks is 7% pre-market. AEL - Company received a $3B, $36 per share buyer offer from Athene and MassMutual. Shares are gaining 50% pre-market and holding $33 area. TSLA - Tesla reduced base prices for China-made standard Model 3s. The stock is gapping 3% in pre-market trading. AMAG - There's chatter that Covis Pharma, backed by Apollo Global Management, are in talks to take over AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Shares are spiking 37% pre-market.
