Hey, Jeff here - markets seem to be cooling off a bit after the Fed news, but I've got my eye on something that's heating up fast. This one's tied to e-commerce, booze and even crypto - wild combo, I know, but the setup looks solid. Give it a look before the weekend kicks off. | TODAY'S TOP ALERT! | LQR House (Nasdaq: YHC) | | Hey there, folks, | The fallout from the Fed meeting this week has settled a bit, and the markets seem to have liked what they saw. | Naturally, President Trump wants the Fed to resume its easing campaign ASAP. | Wednesday night, he said on Truth Social that "The Fed would be MUCH better off CUTTING RATES as U.S.Tariffs start to transition (ease!) their way into the economy." | As a businessman, Trump has always seemed to favor looser money, and he's carried that philosophy into the presidency. | In any case, we've survived another Fed Week, and I'm very pleased with the way my trade ideas have worked out. | Now nine of my last ten "tactical" alerts have made double-digit moves or better the day I sent them out. | Seven of them have made 20%+ moves. | I'm closing out the week with another "tactical" idea, this time on a company that's focused on something near and dear to everyone's heart – BOOZE. | (What better way to bring in the weekend!) | Do yourself a favor and pull up LQR House Inc. (YHC). | This stock has had a serious run lately… ripping nearly 250% higher at the peak from its February low. | At the top, the stock has gained 42% this week alone, though it did see a little profit-taking yesterday. | With the wind at its back, I think today could be another great day for YHC, and I'm putting it at the top of my radar right away. | 👉 YHC is TODAY'S #1 ALERT 👈 | YHC calls itself "The Digital Face of the Alcohol Space." | It has carved out a niche in the spirits and beverage industry, primarily as an e-commerce platform with a focus on selling alcohol and related products through its flagship site, CWSpirits.com. | The company was founded in 2021 and is based in Miami, Florida. | It went public in August 2023, initially under the ticker LQR, but in December, it changed its ticker to YHC — a strategic shift influenced by new board members with deep ties to Asian capital markets. | The company's business model blends online retail with digital marketing. | YHC acquired CWSpirits.com — "one of the largest retailers of liquor in the United States" — in November 2023, which gave the company access to "a dedicated customer base of over 125,000." | Prior to the acquisition, YHC billed itself as "a premier marketing agency specializing in the spirits and beverage industry." | The website has thousands of the most popular spirit, wine, and cocktail SKUs. | But before YHC got into the e-commerce game directly, it billed itself as "a premier marketing agency specializing in the spirits and beverage industry." | To that effect, the company has established a network of more than 430 influencers with 49.3 million followers, and has received 819 million collective "likes." | If you check out the company's press releases page, you'll see a wide variety of established and emerging brands partner with YHC to boost their products via YHC's network of influencers, email/SMS marketing, and ad space on CWSpirits.com. | The company has its own liquor brand, SWOL Tequila, and last January, it secured a $1 million purchase order for it from Cannon Estate Winery. | Two months later, it received an approximately $1.35 million purchase order for it from Access Fulfillment, based in the UK. | Then in July, it announced an agreement with Of The Earth Distribution Corp. to purchase up to $2 million of the liquor. | In October, activist investor David Lazar committed to providing $3.0 million in funding to YHC, and in exchange, he was appointed to the board of directors and as president. | Two more investors, MeiFang Group & Winz Technology Co., invested a total of $2.1 million into the company in November, and two new "highly experienced" candidates were nominated for its board of directors. | These new directors have pushed for cost-cutting and an effort to "unlock new growth opportunities." | A big recent move is YHC's dive into crypto. In November, it announced plans to buy up to $1 million in BTC as a treasury reserve asset and accept crypto for payments, with a policy "to retain up to $10 million of these crypto payments in Bitcoin, reflecting the Company's confidence in the long-term potential and value of digital assets." | Last month, the company revealed that its year-over-year revenues were steady despite eliminating paid advertising. | Instead, the company is focusing on organic traffic and search engine optimization (SEO)... | It notes that "As February 14, 2025, CWSpirits.com ranks within the top five positions on Google in the U.S. for high-value industry keywords such as 'Tequila,' 'Brandy,' 'Bourbon,' 'Vodka,' 'Whiskey,' 'Cognac,' 'Scotch,' 'Best Tequila,' 'Best Bourbon,' ' Vodka Brands,' 'Tequila Brands,' 'Remy Martin,' and 'Don Julio.' " | As you do your own research into YHC, you should definitely check out the company's website, and you may want to review its investor presentation, though it's from January 2024 and so is a bit dated. | As always, be sure to approach your trading in a responsible manner. Trading is very risky, and nothing is ever guaranteed, so never trade with more than you can afford to lose. | Please read the full disclaimer at the bottom of this email as well so you are aware of additional risks and considerations. Always have a well-thought-out game plan that takes your personal risk tolerance into consideration. | Bottom line: YHC has been on one heck of a run lately — soaring 250% at its peak since its February low and 20%+ this week alone. | With momentum on its side, YHC is my #1 alert today. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call "typical." | Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we've said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received twenty five thousand dollars (cash) from Momentum Media for advertising LQR House Inc for a one day marketing program on March 21, 2025. It might seem obvious, but while our client claims not to own any shares in LQR House Inc, whoever ultimately paid them most likely owns shares. You should assume they are looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might negatively affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither RagingBull nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as the marketing campaign ends, though that is not always the case. | Now, diving right into LQR House Inc might sound exciting. But remember, it's like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you're doing. That's why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r. | Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We're simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies who are paying us and we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We're obviously biased in our writing. We're not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as "forward-L00king statements" under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they're not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can't know where the Company's earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now. | Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it.
