Last summer, I traveled to Mexico to visit Heliostar's operations at Ana Paula, San Agustín and La Colorada.

James brings a pretty unique mix of experience to the table. He spent a decade at Newcrest in legal and business development roles, and today he runs Sweetwater Royalties, so he's spent a lot of time thinking about growth, deals, and capital allocation.
