At $7.50/M output tokens on its fast tier, Composer 2 costs roughly 1/10th of GPT-5.4 and 1/20th of Opus 4.6 at comparable speeds. Composer's scores on the company's internal CursorBench have climbed from 38% to 61.3% across three model generations shipped since October.
