Hey everyone - I hope you are having a fruitful and relaxing weekend.
I wanted to take a second this weekend and talk about some of the most important pillars of trading.
Over the decades I've been trading. There are few certainties that I think we should know and share together:
1. The market will always yield opportunities.
2. Your ability to learn and adapt new skills and techniques for trading is paramount to your success.
3. Don't "leave" the market - ride the waves up, trade the waves down, and attack when there is blood in the streets.
4. Always have a contingency plan when you trade.
5. Always - and this one is most important I think and why I started TheoTrade - be a part of a great group of traders and have engaged mentors.
There are more in this mixture. But these are the core ones that have really settled in with me lately. And it's the reason I am here trading with you and our trader family every market day.
It's exciting. It's fun. And it will continue for a long time.
