Greetings Everyday Spy, I spent a few days in Los Angeles working with ABC on an idea they had for their popular TV Game Show 'To Tell The Truth.'
The show is all about lying, and they wanted to see if an ex-CIA spy would be any better at spotting the truth than the average person.
So they called me.
Not only was I confident I could find the truth, but I told them I could teach their celebrity judges to do it too!
They liked the idea of having me teach the judges, but they didn't want me to teach them before the show…
I had to teach during the show. I told them that would be complicated and difficult.
They said that is what makes for a good TV game show!
If you want to see whether I was successful or not, take a look for yourself!
I never thought I'd be telling my mom that I made it to prime time TV… Godspeed, #EverydaySpy P.S. - Ready to sit-in on private conversations with real-world cover operatives from around the world? Get your unlimited access to 'Shadow Lessons' today! Follow @EverydaySpy on Social Media!
