Really busy market week ahead

The post holiday slumber period is over
Head's up, everyone!

There's a big market week ahead.

We've got a ton of news coming at us in the days ahead.

And a lot of it involves the kinds of headlines that could really change the markets.

Let's take a look at what to expect…

My Action Plan for Earnings Season

It's going to be a CRAZY few weeks ahead, and big earnings announcements could ROCK the markets.

Are you prepared to read the charts and make the trades you want to make to get through it?
If you're feeling a little worried, good news:

I've got a class this Thursday where I'll go over some of my favorite candlestick strategies for trading during Earnings Season.

The class is $97, and there are some awesome bonus materials you can unlock as well…

Check out all the details here

Earnings reports are beginning again this week, beginning with the big banks, as they always do.

Folks are expecting really positive things for the financial sector, which has only been surpassed by real estate and energy year-to-date.

Of course, that is a double-edged sword:

On the one hand, it's great that these stocks are performing well and exciting investors.

On the other hand, if they disappoint during earnings week, that could send negative waves through the market.

I'm sure we'll talk a bit about these early earnings reports if you're in any classes with me this week, so stay tuned!

But earnings aren't the only thing to watch this week. There are some important economic indicators as well.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and will tell us how severely things like supply chain limitations and labor shortages affect the everyday consumer.

Analysts are expecting a high number, but believe that the worst is behind us. A surprise spike could change their opinions and turn the market.

Retail sales will also come out this week, and most analysts expect a corresponding drop there (which makes sense: higher consumer price means less spending at retail stores).

Wall Street would love to see more spending there than expected, especially with earnings coming up.

It's a lot to watch and we'll do our best to keep you up to date this week. I'm really excited!
