You know what will make a huge difference in your trading, as soon as Monday? Confidence. When you're confident, here's what happens with your trading: 1. You take more of the trades you plan 2. You stop taking trades that you don't plan 3. You feel less worried (especially after a loss) 4. You're bold in your trade size, because you know you're going to stay within your loss rules. Decide on trading one strategy. Focus all of your attention on this strategy, and study it for at least an hour a day (preferably WAY more). 2. Take at least 20 minutes every evending to stop and visualize the steps will you take to get ready for your trading session the next day 3. Take at least 10 minutes each day after your trading session to visualize what you did in your trading and re-imagine your trading as if you made the right decisions. This sounds crazy to some people. But it's the fastest shortcut to gaining more confidence within just a few days. I'll give you an example of how this works tomorrow. I think you're going to love it. I promise it works. It hasn't ever failed - not one time that I have asked a trader to do it. But the really crazy thing is this: Most people won't do it. They don't think it will work. So they don't even try it. Or they feel weird about it. It seems too New-Age, or like something only a hippy would do. Ha. Well, guess what?
