The Forex is 24/5; that tells you two things:
1. You have 320% more time to trade the Forex than Stocks (at just 7.5 hours/day) throughout the week.
2. That means from 5pm Eastern Time on Friday and 5pm Eastern Time on the following Monday, a LOT can happen.
In those "off-market" hours... that's your time to prep.
