What is angel investing?
Simply put, it's investing in startup companies in the early stages.
Why do it?
Bigger potential. Think about investing in a company after it IPOs. Returns can be pretty substantial. Now, for investors that got a piece of it BEFORE it ever went public, they made out even better. Of course, there is always risk involved.
Ex: Palantir (PLTR) IPO'd in the beginning of October. The stock is up about 10%. Not bad, but early investors before it IPO'd have experienced up to 300,000% returns.
How is it done?
Normally, you'll go onto some crowdfunding site like Wefunder. Simple process. Need to check out the deal and decide if it's for you.
So what does the Boardroom do?
The Boardroom is here to educate. In order to do this, we give members the ability to see what we are investing in.
However, the deals that the Boardroom, including Jeff Bishop and Jason Bond, are investing in, aren't something that you'll see unless you have the link that members get.
Basically, this is our way of using our network to show people what private companies we are investing in (Like Volcon) and giving them the ability to invest as well if they choose.
It's our own community and we're using our experience and knowledge to help.
If you have more questions, please feel free to call our team by end of day!
