BNTX - Company initiated a rolling submission to European Medicines Agency of its COVID vaccine, in joint development with Pfizer, after encouraging results from early clinical and pre-clinical trials. Shares are up 10% pre-market. AYX - Company appointed a new CEO and increased it's Q3 sales guidance from $111-$115m to $126-$128m. Shares are gaining around 25% pre-market. IOVA - Company is postponing the submission of its Biologics License Application for Metastatic Melanoma therapy till 2021, after disagreements with FDA over therapy's assays. The stock is down over 20% pre-market. IPOC - A Bloomberg report came out suggesting that Google-backed Clover Health will go public through a reverse-merger with IPOC. Shares are up ~8% pre-market.
