Description:

Struggling to trade with limited capital is not a small account verse a large account issue, all size accounts struggle with limited capital.  One of the easiest ways to tackle this problem is to implement options to create a Synthetic Long Stock position instead of buying the stock outright.  The margin requirements for a Synthetic Long Stock position are about 75% less than owning the stock and a trader can capitalize by the same directional moves.

Join Eric "The Wolfman" Wilkinson, former Chicago Board of Trade floor trader and 25 year professional trader, as he explains how traders can create a long stock position by using only options. This strategy will not only increase a traders Return on Capital but also allows for a more diverse portfolio - no mater how big or small the portfolio.  Eric will show traders of the Synthetic Long Stock strategy how they can participate in the same Risk / Reward as that of the traditional Long Stock position, while using far less capital to achieve the same desired results.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not be impacted by brokerage and other slippage fees. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
