Dear Reader,
Every once in a while, a technology sits quietly in the corner, ignored for decades, only to reveal — suddenly, dramatically — that it was the hero of the story all along.
That’s geothermal right now…

As I write this, AI data centers are vacuuming up electricity like a teenager inhaling pizza rolls. Their power draw is doubling and then doubling again, and the grid simply can’t keep up.
Batteries aren’t enough. Solar can’t help you at night. Wind doesn’t care if your servers are overheating.
Even nuclear — love it as I do — is on decade-long timelines, political battlefields, and supply chain chokeholds.
But geothermal? It’s the quiet one. The dependable one. The baseload one….
The one that never sleeps, never hiccups, never needs sunlight or a breeze to do its job. And the only one scaling right now.
If this decade is the energy equivalent of the dot-com boom, geothermal might just become the Google of the entire thing — the one everyone underestimated until it was too late.
The Baseload King Returns
Back in the 1970s and '80s, geothermal had a moment…
Small projects popped up in California, Nevada, and Iceland.
Then oil got cheap, natural gas exploded in supply, and geothermal… well… it went back underground.
But here’s the thing nobody in Washington or Wall Street seems to have fully grasped...
What geothermal does better than any other energy source is the one thing AI needs the most — dependable baseload power.
Not intermittent power. Not conditional power. Not “if the weather cooperates” power.
Real power. Power you can build an empire on. Power a thousand data centers can depend on at 3 a.m. in January during a polar vortex while half the country is asleep.
If nuclear is the aircraft carrier of baseload, geothermal is the submarine: Quiet. Constant. Relentless.
And in a world suddenly realizing that power scarcity is the new inflation, that’s a story every investor should be paying attention to…
The New Tech That Changes Everything
The popular misconception is that geothermal only works in places where steam shoots out of the ground like a Yellowstone geyser. That used to be true.
But then oil and gas companies got involved…
Suddenly horizontal drilling, fiber-optic monitoring, directional wells, hydraulic fracturing, and ultra-high-temperature tools became part of the geothermal playbook.
And everything changed.
Now companies like Fervo Energy, Ormat Technologies, Sage Geosystems, and others are proving something extraordinary...
You can build geothermal almost anywhere.
Closed-loop systems that never touch groundwater. Enhanced geothermal that fractures hot rock thousands of feet down. Heat-mining designs that work even where there’s no natural reservoir.
This is what happens when two industries collide — shale tech meets renewable heat…
The same U.S. engineering talent that unlocked the Permian Basin is now unlocking the earth’s thermal reserves.
You know how I always say fortune favors the bold? Well, geothermal is one of the boldest projects in the energy sector right now because it takes everything we know, throws out the assumptions, and says, “No, we’re not waiting for the wind to blow.”
In a world suddenly terrified of brownouts at hyperscale data centers, that’s a very comforting sentence.
The AI Power Crisis Nobody Is Pricing In
Let’s talk about the elephant in the server room…
Nvidia is selling GPUs like they’re rare Pokémon cards.
Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta — they’re all building data centers that are essentially small cities dedicated to computation.
And those cities need electricity. Gigawatts of it.
Investors still haven’t internalized what a multi-trillion-dollar AI economy actually means for power demand.
But we’re about to see:
- More load growth than any time since the invention of air conditioning.
- Grid stress comparable to early-Industrial Age America.
- A complete reshuffling of which energy sources truly matter.
For the last decade, the conversation was about “decarbonization.”
But from here on out, the conversation will be about how we keep the servers running.
And the answer increasingly points to a small but mighty word: geothermal…
Unlike wind and solar — which will still play a critical supporting role — geothermal gives you 24/7 output with minimal land use, minimal visual impact, and an emissions profile that would make even Greta Thunberg smile.
Better yet, geothermal sites can be located near major demand hubs, not 200 miles away in a desert like solar or offshore like a wind farm.
That’s a massive advantage once you realize the grid is the most neglected piece of infrastructure in America.
AI needs baseload. Baseload needs heat. Heat is found in the ground.
It’s really that simple.
Trump Devises the Death of the IRS
He just signed a historic order to abolish the IRS as we know it — and replace it with a $1 trillion National Fund that PAYS YOU.
Everyday Americans could soon collect checks worth up to $21,307...
But only if they act before the first wave goes out.

The Money Is Waking Up
If you want to know where the puck is going, follow the capital.
BlackRock is investing. Oil majors are investing. Private equity is investing. The Department of Energy is practically begging companies to scale.
And this time, unlike the early 2000s cleantech boom, the timing is perfect because the demand is already here…
The AI boom is not a theoretical future trend. It’s happening right now.
Every month, another hyperscaler announces billions in new data center spending. That requires power today — not in 2035.
Investors who connect these dots early will own the next generation of energy winners.
And please, remember: Geothermal is still tiny. The runway here is enormous…
The addressable market — baseload power, industrial heat, hydrogen production, clean manufacturing, carbon-free electricity for AI — is practically infinite.
Most people think geothermal is boring…
But I think it’s one of the most exciting things happening in energy right now, precisely because nobody sees the tidal wave coming.
The Blueprint for a Geothermal Renaissance
Mark these words: Over the next decade, geothermal will go from “interesting niche” to “core pillar” of Western energy strategy.
You’re going to hear about 24/7 carbon-free power credits, geothermal-powered data centers, and multi-national corporations signing long-term geothermal PPAs to stabilize their energy costs.
And when that happens, investors who got positioned early are going to look very smart.
To me, geothermal feels exactly like shale circa 2006…
Small. Misunderstood. Dismissed. And right on the cusp of completely redefining the global energy landscape.
The pieces are already in place...
The tech. The talent. The capital. The demand…
All that’s missing is widespread awareness — and that’s always where the best investments hide.
The Bottom Line
AI has created a new kind of energy crisis — not a shortage of fuel but a shortage of stable, around-the-clock power that the modern world cannot function without.
Geothermal solves that problem elegantly, quietly, and at scale.
But by the time Wall Street catches on, the early movers will already be sitting on substantial gains.
That’s the beauty of investing in the things everyone else overlooks — they tend to become the things everyone eventually depends on.
And geothermal is about to be one of them.
