Not sure if this is your actual email but thought I’d give it a try nonetheless! I’m looking forward to Azul Garden. Being a bit overly conscientious, I decided to poke around in Cap Cana real estate.
I wanted to share with you my experience...
I spoke with a member of an established local real estate agency. Here’s the funny part. He wasn’t familiar with Azul Garden a few days ago when I first contacted him.
We had a conversation today where I was trying to vet some of his property listings in Cap Cana. After giving his pitch for a few of his properties, he said he had looked into Azul Garden after I had told him about it.
Regarding Azul, he said, “that’s a really important group here. The conversation took on a different tone.
I was super impressed with you Ronan at that point, after a local, at a major real estate company in the area, told me they were so impressed with my knowledge…Anyway just wanted to let you know about that little interaction. It made me feel safe and privileged to be part of your deal!!
