Dear Reader, Inquire to get your condo in Azul Garden, Cap Cana.
Lock in RETA-only pricing and what I believe will be gains of $319,600 just five years after delivery.
I expect a gross yield of 12% renting short term once you’ve built up reviews, repeat guests and occupancy. Remember, the largest and most-connected airport in the Caribbean islands is just 10 minutes’ drive from Cap Cana.
You’re getting in from just $380,400 for a two-bed condo in the heart of Cap Cana’s luxury zone where two-bed condos in the upcoming Juanillo Village and also new branded residences will list for $600,000 and up... Once you have inquired you get the phone number of the customer care team...
Call them immediately.
Don’t miss out on this incredible RETA-only deal to own incredible real estate in this self-contained state of Caribbean luxury.
Fair warning: We have a limited number of condos. I expect this deal to be fully reserved very soon...but...if you’re lucky enough to get a condo you need to move fast on your due diligence as I expect the waitlist to fill up fast...
There will be plenty of people prepared to take your place if you hesitate. Move fast. Cap Cana is twice the size of Manhattan and we’ll own in the very heart of its most prestigious and luxurious zone. Inquire right now.
Go! Deal is open...

P.S. We always recommend that you hire an attorney to carry out due diligence on any overseas real estate purchase. In the Dominican Republic, I use Jose Fernandez and his team at Alter Legal. You can contact them at jfernandez@alterlegal.do.
For this deal there are some added protections for RETA members. You will pay $5,000 to reserve/secure your condo. Once you sign the contract, you'll pay an additional $5,000 into a U.S.-based escrow account. Escrow is a safe and secure way to protect your deposit—the money will only be released to the developer once he gets some final paperwork within the timeframe agreed in your contract. (You need to make sure this is reflected in your contract.) Your attorney should also review any finance or rental agreements that you sign in the future as part of your purchase. |
