Investors have been misled by Wall Street and the financial media. And it all boils down to one very important concept…the concept of cash flow. From a young age, the main financial principle we’re taught is “buy and hold.” But what does “buy and hold” mean for an investor as far as cash flow? I think you’d agree the answer is: not very much. After all, how many people do you know generate a steady income from their 401(k)s?
