DOCU - The company reported earnings: EPS 0.22 vs 0.13 est, Revs 383M vs 361M est, Q4 Revs Guidance 404M-408M vs 387M est. Shares are gaining 5% in pre-market. BCRX - The company's drug candidate Orladeyo got FDA approval for treatment of hereditary angioedema in adults. Shares are moving nearly 15% higher on the announcement. STPK - Energy Storage Company Stem Inc. announced it'll go public through a merger with special-purpose acquisition company STPK. The combined entity is valued at 1.35B. The stock is gapping 18% higher.
