The votes were then scanned into the official tally, with no poll watchers or election officials present.   The video finally explains why Biden suddenly took the lead even after officials said they were done counting for the night. Trump had harsh words for Kemp's inaction just a few days ago. The video must be pretty bad if it convinced the governor that Trump was right!
