A federal appeals court has expedited a request from Sidney Powell to review voting data from Dominion machines in Georgia.
Last week, Powell filed a lawsuit arguing that Dominion's voting machines aren't safe and are prone to hacking and manipulation.
A lower court granted a restraining order to prevent the voting data from being deleted. The federal appeals court plans to review Powell's request as soon as possible.
If approved, the courts could order that the voting machines be dismantled and completely examined.
