Hello!
New Alert: Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX)
ATLX is our new NASDAQ high volatility alert.
Following our February alert, the company rallied upwards of 18% in a little under a month.
This was just one of many big breakouts that ATLX has experienced in the past few months.
Now, ATLX could be positioning for another opportunity to rally higher.
A breakout and close above the 50 day moving average of 5.85 could present increased upside potential.
ATLX is a NASDAQ listed "lithium exploration and development company".
ATLX is "advancing to production its wholly owned hard-rock lithium Neves Project located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil".
"The Neves Project has received operational permitting from Minas Gerais in October 2024."
Additionally, "with 539 square kilometers of lithium mineral rights, Atlas Lithium owns the largest lithium exploration footprint in Brazil of any publicly listed company."
The Company "holds three key projects that span the major lithium-mineralized zones in LV":
- "The Neves Project in southern LV, Atlas Lithium's flagship development, has recently been permitted and is advancing towards production;"
- "The Salinas Project in northern LV, spanning 2,070 acres with natural spodumene outcrops, located 4.7 miles from Latin Resources Ltd., and with potential for spodumene deposits;"
- "The Clear Project in central LV, encompassing 470 acres situated 3.8 miles from Sigma Lithium's mine, and also with potential for spodumene deposits."
The company "also holds a 32.7% ownership stake in Atlas Critical Minerals Corporation (formerly Jupiter Gold Corporation), a diversified mining company with significant mineral rights in rare earths, copper, graphite, nickel, iron ore, gold, and quartzite".
Importantly, the company is gearing up for a big change:
- "This state-of-the-art processing facility will become the first modular DMS plant of its kind in Brazil, positioning Atlas Lithium as a trailblazer in the country's lithium processing sector. Its novel design delivers multiple operational and environmental benefits, underscoring the Company's leadership in sustainable and efficient lithium production."
- "This milestone represents a key step in the Company's journey toward lithium production and significantly reduces project risk, as the plant has been fully paid for."
ATLX has announced multiple accomplishments recently.
In December, the company announced:
"Atlas Lithium Accelerates Production Readiness with Key Executive Appointments"
- "Strengthening Project Implementation Expertise with Eduardo Queiroz"
- "Expanding Asian Market Presence with Lili Wu"
Here are the company's comments from this press release:
"At Atlas Lithium, our mission is not just to mine lithium but to power the world's transition to sustainable energy," said Fogassa. "With Eduardo's operational expertise and Lili's unmatched ability to navigate the dynamic Asian markets, we are well-positioned for growth. With a world-class team and a clear vision, Atlas Lithium is ready to deliver value to our shareholders, partners, and the global energy ecosystem."
In February, the company announced:
"Atlas Lithium's Plant Is Now En Route to Brazil - Marking Major Milestone Towards Production"
Here are some of the company's comments from this press release:
"The news announced today is transformational for Atlas Lithium as our fully paid processing plant significantly reduces project risk," said Eduardo Queiroz, Atlas Lithium's Project Management Officer (PMO) and Vice President of Engineering. "Our momentum is clear: from securing our operational permit in October, 2024, to completing fabrication of our optimized DMS plant in South Africa, and now executing its careful shipment to Brazil, Atlas Lithium has firmly delivered several critical milestones."
Since our last alert, the company has announced two important developments.
At the start of the month, the company announced:
"Atlas Lithium Strengthens Position in Critical Minerals with Rare Earths, Titanium, Graphite, and Uranium Exposure"
"Boca Raton, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - March 5, 2025) - Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX), a leading lithium exploration and development company, is pleased to highlight its current 32.2% stake in Atlas Critical Minerals Corporation. This ownership positions Atlas Lithium at the forefront of Brazil's critical minerals sector, providing exposure to rare earth elements, titanium, graphite, uranium, and other sought-after minerals."
Importantly:
"Atlas Lithium's ownership stake in Atlas Critical Minerals strategically complements its flagship Neves Project in Brazil's Lithium Valley. This diversified approach provides shareholders with exposure to multiple critical minerals essential for the global energy transition and advanced manufacturing sectors."
As the company further explained:
"Global demand for critical minerals has never been more urgent," said Marc Fogassa, CEO and Chairman of Atlas Lithium. "Recent geopolitical developments have underscored the vital importance of critical minerals for economic and national security. Atlas Lithium is strategically positioned to play a key role in this increasingly important sector."

- "Sustainable Tailings Management: Dry-stacking technology eliminates the need for tailings dams, promoting greater environmental sustainability."
"Strategic Progress Toward Production"
"The Neves Project, Atlas Lithium's flagship operation, received its operational permit from the state of Minas Gerais in October 2024. The project is positioned to initially produce up to 150,000 tonnes per year of battery-grade spodumene concentrate, a critical raw material for lithium-ion batteries."
"Atlas Lithium's operations will benefit from Brazil's Lithium Valley's strategic advantages, including expected lower production costs as compared to suppliers from Australia and other regions."
As the company further explains:
"This marks a transformative milestone for Atlas Lithium as we advance toward becoming a global supplier in the lithium market," said Marc Fogassa, Chairman and CEO of Atlas Lithium. "With operational permits secured and our modern lithium processing facility now in Brazil, we have overcome two of the most significant hurdles on our journey to production."
