| | Hello TheoTrader, Gianni here. | You know what? | We're gonna see the S&P above 7,000. And I want you to be prepared for that. | This thing is gonna get pumped like beyond what you could even imagine. | But we are going into the final mania of this bull market, and that's not even that much higher - just 11% from where we closed today at 6,279. | But here's what everyone celebrating these new highs is missing: I'm flashing yellow, turning orange at this point. | While everyone's euphoric about that jobs report, I'm sitting here with 10% cash and raising stops across the portfolio. | You know why? | Because we're at the stage of the cycle where the junk is going to start to outperform. | I shared that Rigetti Computing(RGTI) idea yesterday - these types of names that don't have the most extensive business background tend to do well, especially when they're highly shorted, in the later stages of the cycle. | So here's what I'm doing while everyone else is chasing momentum: I'm raising cash on positions. | That doesn't mean I won't have trade ideas next week - I plan on it - but right now it's a matter of rotation. | We're getting close to that area where we need to capture gains to protect ourselves. | The Smart Money Move Right Now | Don't be surprised if we get an absolutely ridiculous start to next week. | But our plan is going to be selling into the strength at this stage of the cycle. On 10% positions like Uber and AMD, we want to sell half. On smaller 5% positions, we're selling all when they hit targets. | You can still get parabolic rallies late in these stages - that's exactly what I'm expecting. | But don't bet against the Fed. They're gonna lower rates probably in September, this big bill's being passed in Congress, and it's setting up for a great opportunity to make a lot of money. | Here's What I'm Doing Next Week | Going into next week, focus on raising cash while staying positioned for one final push higher.
