Mogul is building the infrastructure for real estate investors to invest at scale.

The company is wrapping up their $2.5M seed extension via a SAFE note.

Properties are vetted by founders with $10B of real estate investment experience at Goldman Sachs.

Alex Blackwood | founder x ceo:
- Before mogul, Alex was an investor in Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Private Equity group deploying billions of dollars into real estate debt and equity
- experience working with FinTech platforms during his time in Goldman Sachs IBD
Joey Gumataotao | co-founder x coo:
- Before mogul, Joey was an investor in Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Private Equity group where he led the SFR platfrom from $0→ $1B AUM in <12 months
- Transactional experience working with the most prominent operators in the residential space including Trammel Crow, Greystar, and Tricon
Eitan Prince | head of engineering:
