Happy weekend! Not gonna lie, I'm ready for this one! |
I'm not sure about you, but I found this week to be rather tough out there in the Market. |
Like almost everyone. I was not expecting or prepared for the total carnage on Wednesday 🔪🩸. |
I was in too heavy with more positions than I cared to have… |
Thursday was super choppy 🎢. You almost always get a hugely indecisive day the next day after a huge tank so I decided not to trade that day. |
I was planning to close out Friday morning, but the pre-market was down so much I took my orders off and let them ride. |
And then I have to say the 🔱 Market gods gave me (and everyone in the same boat) a nice gift 🎁. |
With a huge green move after the premarket lows, I was able to get out of the rest of my positions and ended up almost breaking even on the week. |
What really helped save the day for me was my CROX puts. |
I put this trade out in Bullseye Unlimited on Tuesday (which I know my members prefer CALLS). Not too many want to bet against the market going down. |
There is something uncomfortable with PUTS. |
Nevertheless I am glad I went with the CROX puts on Tuesday - on Day 1 this trade didn't cooperate but I stuck with my convictions that this guy was due for a pullback. |
Wednesday afternoon it went down with the ship. |
That was one nice little bright spot for me and my members that were still in CROX 🔆. |
Managed to lock in some nice gains - here's where it sat on Thursday. |

And I closed that one for a nice win. |

So this is what we do - the Market pullback was needed. The bulls were running wild 🐂🎉. |
The Market has perhaps gained some sanity and if you added any positions during Wednesday's super sale, you likely did quite well by Friday. |
There you have it, my week in review. Overall it was ok and I learned a thing or two. Keep at it and I will be back at on Monday! |
