If you got them right, [you] could then use the rules to predict what would happen in new situations,” said Ed Thorp. In some realms, artificial intelligence might just outpace human intellect. Consider this: AI can sift through vast data oceans, pinpoint patterns, and make sharp trades—all in mere moments. This very prowess fuels Renaissance Technologies' astounding 66% annual returns over a twenty-year span. Yet, such AI marvels remain elusive to the everyday trader, unlike hedge funds.
A 35-year-old man from the Syracuse area has been identified as the suspect in the fatal New Year's crash in Rochester, New York. Officials announced at a press conference on Tuesday that the suspect passed away on Monday night. The fiery collision involving two vehicles resulted in the death of two individuals and left at least nine others injured in the early hours of New Year's Day. Rochester Police Chief David Smith named the suspect Michael Avery, emphasizing that law enforcement communicates with his family. Chief Smith informed reporters that the suspect's identity is in the process of confirmation through scientific means, although he has already passed away. While the FBI initially investigated the crash as a potential terror incident due to the discovery of gasoline canisters at the scene, authorities leading the probe have not uncovered any links to terrorism thus far. But for top trader — Lance Ippolito — he’s ALL IN on TSLA… | | | That’s because it’s given folks like us a shot to target money-doubling returns every six days. I don’t know any other stocks that have the potential to do that.
But thanks to a new market anomaly studied by Princeton, Vanderbilt, and even the SEC…
We can now target gains of around 100% or more — from Tesla — on a weekly basis...
In fact, his research shows it’s happened 23 times over the last year…

Lindsey Graham previously went on record to condemn the January 6th riots at the US Capitol. Though Graham is a Republican, he sided against then-President Donald Trump and his MAGA followers who took over the Capitol building that day. Graham wasn't shy about making his stance known, as he wavered from GOP lines to do so and also severed ties with Trump in the process. But now, suddenly, Graham is changing his tune. So what did he say to make us all feel as if he thinks January 6th wasn't so bad after all? And does this mean he's back in Trump's corner? (read more) |

As one of the highest-ranking Republicans to formally support former President Donald Trump, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise announced his endorsement of Trump's 2024 presidential bid on Tuesday. After Speaker Kevin McCarthy was removed from office last autumn, Trump questioned Scalise about his health. Because of that, and as a result of internal GOP strife, Scalise finally gave up on his quest for the gavel. Scalise's support comes at a time when the former president's efforts to win over Senate Republicans are gathering momentum. So far, Trump has received the support of eighteen senators who are Republicans. (read more) |

An analysis suggests that Americans seeking to maximize their retirement savings may find advantageous conditions in Southern or Midwestern states. According to GoBankingRates, a $1 million nest egg can sustain an average of 18.9 years of living expenses across the U.S. However, the impact of retirement location on the longevity of savings varies significantly, with Hawaii offering as little as 10 years and over a dozen states providing more than 20 years. The analysis utilized government data to estimate the number of years retirees aged 65 or older could cover living expenses based on housing, transportation, utilities, healthcare, and grocery costs in each state. A man on social media is going viral for what he chooses to eat during his videos. Josh Slavin decided it would be cool to recreate the last meals of famous death row inmates and taste-test them on video. Slavin started with a meal selected by Ricky Ray Rector, a convicted murderer who was put to death in 1992 in Arkansas. Rector requested steak, fried chicken, cherry Kool-Aid, and pecan pie as his final meal. In another video, Slavin tried the final meal requested by Timothy McVeigh, the terrorist responsible for the Oklahoma City bombing. McVeigh asked for two pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream as his meal. Slavin rated the selection as a "D." But why is Slavin going viral for recreating and eating the final meals of death row inmates? This is why Slavin thinks his content has been such a hit. (read more) |

Fifty-seven-year-old pastor Dwayne Waden from North Carolina was arrested last week after he tried to push his wife's co-worker's head into a McDonald's deep fryer. The High Point Police Department said the reason for the assault was because the employees were "disrespecting" her. Waden, who preaches at Elevated Life International Ministries, was reportedly not feeling very godly when he proceeded to punch the victim several times in the face before grabbing his neck and trying to push him into the fryer. Here's what witnesses are saying about the attack and how the victim is doing now. (read more) |
