How to achieve the Wicksell interest?

In the Federal Reserve there are 4 trillion dollars unemployed (excess bank reserves) and in Europe we have similar problems.

Fiat money is forcing the technological cycle, accelerating economic robotization and generating forced unemployment. Excess money is killing Western society. We must therefore overthrow the four coordinators of the Four Fundamental Macroeconomic Variables and appoint a new Director of the monetary orchestra.

Interest Standard or Interest Pattern: Only if the interest rate is appointed general and exclusive coordinator of the Four Fundamental Variables the interest rate will be the natural interest (Wicksell) and we will avoid accentuating Creative Destruction (See link-video).

At the present moment, we would be very grateful if you could help us to spread this kind of ideas, since there is almost no awareness of the impact that the crazy issuance of money do and about the need to actively participe in the framework law creation. It is illogical that our participation in the building of the legal framework is limited to voting once every four years.
