The range so far for the week is 4391 down to 4250, on the ES (S&P 500 futures). Crude oil is up approximately 3% up from Friday's close with a new high overnight up at 94.95. We'll watch today's market with a focus on the energy markets and look at the 5 stocks I talked about last night. (See 4:55 in this recording in case you missed it) Stay tuned. Above is a weekly chart of the S&P futures. Keep an eye on the 4200 level, 4245 level, and 4423 level (month open). With global turmoil, those are the key areas of continued weakness (4200, 4245) or the first glimmer of stability (4423).
