of volatility — A major opportunity is at hand

Some say Facebook and Amazon caused the pull back yesterday. Others say it's the retail sector.

While that analysis is helpful for longer-term positioning, why focus on it for swing trading that has the power to beat the S&P annual return in just one trade?

On Tuesday we looked at the QQQ with the goal to predict the path based only on the most popular indicators: the 50-day and the 200-day moving averages.

Here's the path outlined on that day:

Here we are two days later in the pre-market before the rest of the retail traders and hedge fund traders have an opportunity to give their opinion:

Looks like a balance of the 200 day moving average to me.

The point? Trade what you see.

Make your plan and stick to it.
