It turns out that Pelosi was far from an outlier. The mayor of Philadelphia, also a Democrat, was caught breaking his own rule by eating indoors at a restaurant.  And New York City mayor Bill de Blasio (yep, another Democrat) received widespread criticism for breaking his own guidelines by leaving his home to go for a stroll in a Brooklyn park.
