Aug 15, 2020     White House Watch New Yorkers ask Trump to save 9/11 light memorial New York announced that the 9/11 light memorial was closed this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. But New Yorkers are none too happy about the decision. As many have pointed out, the city has allowed for numerous protests without any concerns for the virus. And the mayor has even made a few public appearances during the demonstrations. By the city's own admission, it only takes about 30 people to make the memorial light show happen.
