In any financial market in the world, the more information you have, the more likely you are to be successful.

Institutional and hedge fund traders are the ones with the most information, stalking profitable stocks from behind the scenes as they "follow the money." I know because I was one of them for more than a decade.

And that's what my new system does - it follows the money using ingenious tools developed by a hedge fund team I've put together to find stocks that are either getting ready for their next explosive move up or are about to drop like a rock. And by following the money, we can cash in either way.

Lots of people claim to be able to "follow the money," but I'm going to show you how to do it in a step-by-step fashion. Because it's not just the fact that we follow the money - it's how we follow the money that makes all the difference.

And from my engineering perspective, I always like a systematic approach to following the money - it's the system that makes the process simpler, repeatable, and teachable. Let's take a look...

Go with the Flow

We start by looking at all the money flowing around the globe. The system tracks money flow from the top down. That means it starts with the money moving between all the major investment asset classes around the world and tracks it down to money flowing into or out of a single stock. Here's exactly how it follows the money and leads us directly to profits in a stock that's about to pop. We'll start with a step-by-step overview and then dig into each step.

Define Global Money Flow

Track all the money flowing into and out of the major investment asset classes.
Focus in on the money flow for the U.S. stock market and determine if it's bullish, bearish, or neutral to guide our trade direction.

Follow U.S. Stock Money Flow to a Single Stock

Rank the 11 major U.S. stock sectors according to money flow.
Rank each individual stock within the top and bottom sectors according to money flow.

Use Single Stock Money-Flow Extremes to Know When to Buy

For the very strongest and weakest stocks, identify the few stocks with Big Money trades happening now.
Compare those final Big Money stocks one-on-one versus every other stock in their sector to find the one or two that have started their extreme money-flow cycle(s).

Define Global Money Flow

When we know where cash is flowing in the world, we can quickly identify the most profitable trades for the current market conditions.
