Important Notice: Amendments to current FXTM agreements   Hi indra saputra, Please be informed, that you will see updates to some sections and paragraphs in the agreements specified below, which you have already accepted with FXTM. We strongly encourage you to review the noted changes, by carefully reading the new content in the respective agreements. Client Agreement The following sections have been updated: Paragraph 15.2 Paragraph 16.1 (a) Addition in Paragraph 1: Interpretation of Terms “CRS” and “FATCA” Please read the updated Client Agreement, to see the content of all the above-mentioned changes. Terms of Business: Standard Account The following sections have been updated: Addition in Section: “Execution of the Client’s Requests and Instructions” in Paragraph 2.10 Addition in Section: “Execution of the Client’s Requests and Instructions” in Paragraph 2.11 Additions in Paragraph 10: Interpretation of terms “CFD” and “Cryptocurrency” Please read the updated Terms of Business for Standard Account, to see the content of all the above-mentioned changes. FXTM Investment Program: Investor’s Agreement The following sections have been updated: Changes to the title of the document The term “FXTM Investment Program” has been changed to “FXTM Invest” throughout the document Changes for Redeposit/Withdrawal in Appendix 1 Addition of new Paragraph (3) in Appendix 1 Changes to Paragraph (10) of Appendix 1 Please read the updated Investor’s Agreement, to see the content of all the above-mentioned changes. FXTM Investment Program: Strategy Manager’s Agreement The following sections have been updated: Changes to the title of the document The term “FXTM Investment Program” has been changed to “FXTM Invest” throughout the entire document Removal of original clauses (a) and (b) on Paragraph 12.1 Exclusion of last point in Section “Strategy Account Creation” in Appendix 1 Addition of a new paragraph in Appendix 1, below the paragraph “Strategy Account Creation” Exclusion of paragraph “How Trading on Strategy Accounts Differs from Trading on Other Accounts” in Appendix 1 Please read the updated Strategy Manager’s Agreement to see the content of all the above-mentioned changes.
